Need to change up your daily gym routine? Feeling like your fitness level is stuck at a plateau? Incorporate TRX into your next workout to fire up muscles that you don't normally target and get a full body workout.
For those of you who aren't familiar with TRX, here is what it is:

Just recently, the UF South West Recreation Center installed a fun 'jungle gym' equipped with many TRX bands that you can use for many different exercises. Grab a few friends, or do it solo. Get a quick workout in between classes, or go blow steam off after an exam. Just get started!
